it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, so here goes, a mini-fiction based on real life, enjoy! 😀
“We can’t leave an event this important to somebody as selfish as her“, Aria snarled at the forum. “But we will have other opportunities for her later“, he quickly added. All of us were angry, or at the very least annoyed by how she worded her statement before, so I couldn’t help but note the subtleness of Aria’s anger. He didn’t raise his voice that much, but I noted in my head how he stressed out the word ‘selfish‘.
“Why would he hide it?”, I thought to myself. Well if you saw his eyes, you would have seen that his pupils shrunk in size rather quickly. And for a very short moment they glistened with fury, to the point where one could easily have mistaken it for hatred. Nobody was levelheaded enough to pay attention to details like that for the moment though.
It then hit me. Aria was more than angry, he was furious. He cared about this matter more than the rest of us, so it would only be natural that he was the first to blow the fuse. Alas, our union right now is no more than a ball of salt lying down on a thin layer of ice of a pond in the beginning of spring, so we couldn’t afford it breaking down at a critical time like this.
Aria was the first to cast his fury aside, so we would see that there are more important matters that we need to handle rather than fussing over the fuse that was lit.
